Super Rock star Jonathan Freedland says PM is not cool enough to be PM

Yes apparently according to Jonathan Freedland the 10 times in row world sexiest man and top rock star who also sidelines as a journalist the PM is not "21st century" enough to be PM. Yeah baby. Maybe he should take advice on how how to be a super rock star leader from Jonathan Freedland LOL.
The most charismatic man in the whole planet. Woooooooooohphhhhee.

I am only joking I normally like Jonathan Freedland's articles as he is republican but I disagree with this article which seems to argue FOR MORE superficial judgements on how we choose a leader.
In my view the moronic pop idol style of choosing politicians based on looks and charisma is what we need to move away from. Surely intelligence and mental strength are far more important qualities.
How is it 21st century to choose a leader by looks and charisma, it is more "21st century BC", as basic as choosing a leader by who is the tallest or strongest. It is like that of a primitive tribe of monkeys, not a modern educated democracy.
Hitler one of the most charismatic politicians of the previous century said "What good fortune for governments that the people do not think." and "The broad masses of a population are more amenable to the appeal of rhetoric than to any other force." Let us show Hitler was wrong.

I mean how would Freedland feel if someone said he was not Good looking enough or charismatic enough to be a journalist. What if only Hugh Grant and Peter Andre were allowed to be journalists.

Politics is supposed to be show business for ugly people. Well I feel sorry for the ugly people who now have no place to go. Who wants to be lead by a bunch of moronic
bimbos.:
